We are happy to provide free shipping for orders over $75 for smaller items that will fit in a bag and are not considered bulky or oversize. A shipping quote will be provided for those larger items. Please contact us for quotes for destinations outside the U.S., as well. Please note: Orders that receive free shipping are not eligible for additional discounts. Also, free shipping does not apply from October 15th through the 31st.
Most items may be returned for refund or replacement, within seven days of delivery, providing they are unopened, unused, and in saleable condition.
The following items may not be returned or exchanged: masks, makeup, wigs, prosthetics, contact lenses, teeth, and under garments. Other non-returnable items include books, CD’s, DVD’s, opened magic tricks, special orders, and sale or close-out items. Items damaged during use are not refundable.
All returns must be authorized by our customer service department prior to returning them, and will be issued a Return Authorization Number. We cannot process a return without this important RA number. Please email Freaky Findz at returns@freakyfindz.com, or call us at 830-237-8911 for your Return Authorization Number. Further information on how to proceed will be provided by our friendly customer service department.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are not refundable, including those incurred on orders with free shipping. Returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Please note, returns on Halloween items ordered after October 20th are not allowed.
