  1. How do I track my order?
    • We typically ship via USPS and UPS, and will email you a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please note that we DO NOT charge your account until the order actually ships, and only for the items that ship.
  2. Can I return or exchange an item?
    • Yes and no. Some items are not eligible for returns due to health codes. For more info, please see our Shipping & Returns section.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    • Absolutely! Please let us know what you want to order and provide your complete address. We’ll contact several shippers to get you the best quote possible.
  4. What is the "Freaky Family?"
    • Our Freaky Family is simply that- our family of freaks! To join, simply enter your email address into the box at the bottom of our homepage. That way, you’ll stay up-to-date with all things Freaky Findz! We promise not to spam your inbox - we only send out emails about promotions and new releases, or to let you know that an item is back in stock if you’ve requested to be notified.
  5. How will I be contacted if there's a problem with my order?
    • Typically, any communication will be done via email, but we can call or text you if you prefer. We’ve tried ESP, but it’s not very reliable.
  6. Are all of the items that are available online also available in-store?
    • Not all items on the website are available in-store. However, you can always call our store and ask one of our employees if a certain item is in-stock. If not, we can ship it to you!
  7. Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?
    • Yes! Most items should be available for in-store pickup. Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and your order should be ready to pick up in a few hours!
  8. Can I purchase Wholesale?
    • We are able to sell several product lines at wholesale prices for customers that buy in bulk or large quantities. Please contact us for further information!
  9. If an item is out of stock, when will you get more?
    • That is the million-dollar question! Hopefully, very soon, but some companies produce items only once each year, so it may take a few months to get more. When we are out, we contact other dealers and distributors to find more for our customers. However, if an item you want to purchase is currently out of stock, please message us down below and we will try to get it back as soon as possible and will let you know as soon as we get it back in stock!
  10. How many masks does Freaky Findz carry?
    • That's a hard one... we lost count at about 15,000! We are told by our suppliers that we have more than anyone in the country... maybe even the galaxy!
