Mehron’s Eye Liner & Brow Pencil is a professional 7-inch semi-soft Kohl pencil used for outlining the eye, redefining and darkening eyebrows, and creating design effects. Great for theater, stage, and TV, these pencils give you the look you need for the tightest of close-ups! To Use: Apply by drawing a line on the upper lid from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. To soften the look, smudge the line using a brush or cotton swab. Lower lid is lined from the outer corner tapering to the inner corner. Remove with Makeup Remover followed by soap and water. All Mehron products are cruelty free and never tested on animals. Eyebrow Stencils
Create perfect eyebrows with these reusable stencils! To Use: Take the Eyebrow Stencil and place it horizontally on the eyebrows. Take a white Contour Pencil of Faceliner, apply it over the eyebrows and make sure that all the exposed eyebrow hairs are covered with white color. The white colored hairs stay and the left over needs to be tweezed or waxed. For a perfect finish remove the remaining make-up.

Eyebrow Plastic
Eyebrow Plastic is a wax preparation to “block out” the eyebrows to allow creation of different eyebrow shapes or effects. To Use: Use a spatula to apply against the natural direction of eyebrow hair, then a second time in the same direction as hair growth. Moisten the fingers with gel, and then smooth out the surface of the wax and level the edges. Thinly coat the surface of the wax with Sealer, and then apply color make-up as needed. 18g.
