His Digi-Eyes appear to blink and look around while his moving mouth speaks several creepy phrases and his head turns side to side. He pivots at the waist and his arms move up and down while he holds his megaphone and cane. Strangely creepy carnival music plays in the background. Plugs into any normal wall outlet.
