These L.I.P. Liner pencils give you the effect of a matte lipstick plus the design flexibility of an artist’s pencil. The long-lasting liner defines, frames, fills, and prevents feathering, all while providing Mehron’s world famous rich, vivid pigments. Its non-drying formula is enriched with Olus Oil. Naturally derived from plants, it provides optimum blendability and a smooth silky feel that lasts.
To Use: Begin by slightly overlining the bottom lip starting at the center and drawing up into the corners of the mouth. Next create a small “V” shape slightly overlining the cupids bow. Then start at one corner of the mouth and pull the line up to meet the cupids bow and repeat on the other side. Follow with your favorite lip cream or lipstick.
