To Use: Draw designs or outline shapes to indicate placement of makeup. Set finished makeup with Colorset Powder. Remove with Makeup Remover or Cold Cream followed by soap and water. Artist Tip: For a perfect point, put pencil in freezer for a few minutes before sharpening.
