Neutral powder will set makeup without changing the color, while Ultra White powder will brighten and intensify white cream bases and brighten colors when applied.
To Use: Apply liberally to a Powder Puff and press powder on top of the makeup to absorb excess moisture. Dust off excess with a powder brush.
